I need courage to change myself into someone who can set healthy borders in my relationship right now. My other half, my Twin flame is in a dark dark place. Struggling with an addiction and trauma from her childhood. I myself have been down that road. Im 5 years clean come December 9th. Even if it is "just" cannabis she is using, she is not herself when using basicly every day to get to sleep. This hits right at my childhood trauma, growing with a very alcoholic single mother. But i cant seem to find the time or place to say what i must, my inner child is scared out of his mind. But i have to do it. I cant step over my own boundaries any longer. I love her so incredibly much. But if she keeps up the denial that she has become an addict, and that she does not realize that she needs help from a professional trauma and addiction therapist...I cant be in a intimate relationship. I can be her friend. Ill even wait however long it takes her to be ready to face all this. ❤️ Thank you as always Lauren for your soothing meditations.
