The chest Lauren opened was a trapped chest meaning it gives out a red stone signal people usually use them to light tnt so don’t open trapped chests to tell if a chest is normal or trapped, trapped chests have a red part around the lock, it’s hard to see so they are easily mistakable but when you take a closer look you should be able to tell!
