@PaganLayla I have been accused of many things but never that my path lacked credibility. I do sell all the ingredients and the Cabot tradition is about teaching others to do things on their own, the BoS are there as guidelines featuring the Cabot spells. BoS can be inherited and passed down, with this in mind I made some. As for the incenses, oils and spell kits, those take nothing away from the intent and help those that lack the time to make things from scratch. It is practical Majick.

@rivkah Quite right and it is an important point. The Cabot tradition is anchored on the Hermetic philosophy which has the ALL as the creative force from which everything originates and the "All" is not a duality. The Kybalion is a small book, well worth reading if this is of interest. Unlike many religious books, this one has not suffered from self interested re-writes or poor translations.

@Shadowp03 Some take me over a year to make while others a little as three to four months. The price varies and I have a waiting list generally. Call the store for more information. They all end up as special pieces of functional art. I urge you to make your own as well.

They are things we all have within us, however we need to work to make them stronger. Not everyone will be drawn to the same things, but we all have within us the tools we need for the journey we are on. This is perhaps the most important thing to always remember.

I might want to crawl behind your Potions counter and never leave!!! As a Witch potion-crafting is one of my greatest joys. Though, I'd love to see some of your formulas that have gone unpublished, such as the intriguingly-titled "Witches Lightning"! While I brew my own formulas, I often glean inspiration from looking at others' recipes. I'm also curious as to how colored incense is made; been trying to find that out for years to no avail. *sigh*

I can totally understand how and why someone would by a BOS already made. It;s always good to get another witches viewpoint or help in such matters. Buying things pre made can give us the boost from another source when we need it, Also, there is no rule saying you can't have a few of the BOSs around. : ) Laurie's stuff is cosmic, ppl should try it! @marrydruli I am not entirely certain what you are saying here, but money is a useful tool in some cases. The items we carry in the store are mostly one of a kind and hand made by Witch and Pagan artists. The oils and incenses are gathered from all over the world. Any properly educated Witch can make most of the items needed by the craft on their own, if they have the time and the raw materials. A wand can be a branch, tools need not be expensive or even bought. We teach this.

@daddysbabygrl00 actions always have consequences. Intent is critical and correctness in process. Any spell that "backfires" is not a correct spell, it is that simple. We do encourage people to do their own and teach the process but also the total mechanics behind why Majick works. They include the guiding philosophy, the science and the art. My spells draw light to the user, perhaps you should read a bit more about me and what I teach. Correct Majick can never harm.

@createyourworld1111 We encourage everyone to make their own spells and potions, but to be factual, the price charged for the items was close to the actual price we paid for cost of goods. Some essential oils cost thousands of dollars for a few ounces, the crystals are all neutralized, the plants and other ingredients are not from mass producers so the "markup" is small and for most this is the only way to get these kinds of quality ingredients. Coffee is still 2-4$ is that value?

@exotikk1 Some people develop an affinity for one kind of tool over another. The tools themselves are really secondary to your allowing information to come to you. Eventually you might not even need the tools at all. Find something that you really like working with and you will make great progress, that part is very subjective.

@unityspirit51 Why would we want to control anyone? That kind of thinking belongs to the major religions and look where that has gotten them. We have never recruited anyone, we teach those who would learn and if you watch the video on the Threefold law it will make it abundantly clear that we are very careful with the kind of life footprint we leave behind. Controlling others is very wrong as is judging others. Inform yourself a bit more and you will find little to object to in our ways.

@LaurieCabotOfficial Also, a great deal of people might seek magick for various reasons and they may not know how to blend their own things, or they may not trust themselves to be able to do it. They might believe easier that your things are already 'charged' and that belief will aid their intent moreso than doubt. I, personally, would take no issue with purchasing your products. I might charge them with my own intent. And I'd be willing to bet that they smell divine.
