Totally agree....the group is simply marketing bogus business....on what basis they are claiming credibility & eligibility to run this place....all that they seem to be doing is behave in the metaphorical way of dog in manger

Whatever the reasons... Facts r LAVASA is a reality now n very unfortunate not at all the way dreamt of... Būt another reality is can't b left DESERTED... Hope finance ministry government interferes n comes out with some positive solutions for this dreamtof lovely place... Hat's off to DARWIN group still hopefully trying their best

Please return people's money, do not play in their life.. Many of us barrow for interest, sold jewellery, sold land to invest in Darwin.. Now after September 2022, you have stopped all the payment and keep changing the roles according to your policies. 1. Release share amount immediately, it's been more than 1 year you people's promising to release. 2. Release 200% return for who completing 25 months. 3. Release at least fortnight flexi payment till completing the 25 months.

Well, opening narrative of predicting massive win for the BJP in the name of Ram temple is intriguing.!!??. Is it a surrugate campaigning for the Jumlas? Well rest of the things seems educative. The only solution for Lavasa corporation is to bifurcate the operations into two parts. First priority should be to salvage maintenance operations of existing infrastructures & bring credibility/confidence to the owners there. Second priority is to complete the incomplete houses. The creditors can mortgage substantial real estate with future potential to pledge for as guarentee. Darvin platform definitely lacks credibility. They should identify a firm which has substantial experience & credibility in real estate operations. Banks need to be a bit liberal in the beginning to help consolidation of maintenance operations. Immediate decision on rebidding is also very important. Else it will be too late & difficult to salvage this great place.
