Tip on avoiding the spiky blue trap thingies that you hate: Bait them out, then run through as they slide back into place. They do take a moment before they're able to "attack", but for those annoying rooms, you should basically go up until you're just about to go in between the 2, then pull back out of range. Then run through as they go back to the original position.

Switching between the two modes definitely makes sense. However, the two separate charge bars for the two modes makes it more powerful. Seeing as they decided Void should be a Quality 4 item, that might not be an issue, but that specific part of it might make the change a little undesirable

If I'm remembering correctly, this mod either doesn't play well with Schoolbag, or with the items that give you more consumable slots when you void Blank Card or Clear Rune. I don't know if it was Schoolbag or those, but I remember it being really obnoxious to use with one of those.

This is actually bothering so much I have to explain it, other people have too but the more chance you see it the better. The blue moving spikes activate when you move in front of them but they don't do it with 100% consistency, what you have to do is move towards their range to bait them out since they are slow enough you can move back to avoid it and then move in while they are going back to their original position (Bait them until you get a favorable movement in rooms with multiple spikes aiming at each other)
