After a protective style I go in with the aphogee protein treatment then I deep condition with moisture to keep that protein/moisture balance😊

Yes def need a video on heat/steam treatments! Love everything about this video. I really do the same thing as you! I just started using Aztec Clay. I’d do a protein and moisture treatment, add oils to my scalp, deep condition with heat. And do a style and combo I know is tried and true.

I just pre poo sometimes deep condition. I have clay but haven’t used it on my hair really well.Ive never steamed yet.
