Hi madam ,as per necessity of Easement Act.I am entitled to used vechile on servient heritage land? To enjoy my beneficial use property of mine ? As my dad is paralyse he cannot walk to use my beneficial land .so in that case can I use vechile on servent heritage land to enjoy my property ( by right of way)

Actually while partition we didn't mention anything about road in partition deed and we just using my uncle property for accessing public road and we don't have any other road to reach our site but now my uncle refusing us to use their land. Is easement act help me to get public road access through my uncle land.
