Sir, Agar original order of job termination private Bank ka ho or NIRC na grievance petition dismiss krdi ho or Appeal bhi NIRC na dismiss krdi ho or High Court b case dissmiss krdy toh Kya kren ...ICA ya supreme court jayin ?

SC. I assume u were in HC in Writ. Since an appeal existed against original order and was availed, hence no ICA since it is hit by proviso to s. 3(2) of Law Reform Ordinance.
