atty. may i ask, A made a contract with B. where A is to supply B the sugarcane from his crop, their contract is 10 years. A was able to perform his obligation from the 1st up to the 5th year, but in the 6th year a war broke-out and it lasted for 5 years. in the 12th year when the war is finished, considering that a war is a fortuitous event, is A still obliged to perform his obligation to B for that 4 years that he was not able to deliver his obligation?
