All you’ve got to do is a little filing of polymer

I'm so glad I found this. I thought I was going to have to give up on the ubr/law combo.

The cheek riser can be moved back. There are 3 total positions that it can be set to. It comes in the first position but can be moved back as well. Just another option if you don’t want to file down the cheek riser and are okay with the cheek riser being farther. back.

Thank you, I was on the fence about the LTFS with the UBR, but now I really want one!

Great info. That looks like the original UBR. Wonder if the newer gen 2 will still work with this mod?

It is an OG, this works with gen 2 as well.

Cool. Will order the Law folder for my gen2 UBR. Didn’t think it would work until I saw this vid
@Exl6243 Жыл бұрын
@@SPQR-Z Not only will it work, but you don't need to file down the stock. The gen 2 has a thinner profile and less weight, so it will clear the folder.

@Exl6243 are you sure? I been reading conflicting info

How’s it cycle? Iv herd you get snapped buffer retainer pins with this combo ?
@Kuech3 жыл бұрын
Several hundred rounds through with no issues. Buffer still in place.

Do I need a sbr stamp to put this on a 13.7” barrel ?
@NeonVars3 жыл бұрын
Any firearm with a stock and a barrel under 16" in length, requires a stamp approved by the ATF.
@gjhoward3 жыл бұрын
Shorter than 16" with a stock: SBR, needs the stamp. Shorter than 16" with a brace: Pistol, no stamp required... for now.
@Exl6243 Жыл бұрын
So, it depends. There are two conditions to ensure that you don't need to put an SBR stamp on the barrel, and both have to deal with the muzzle device attached to the barrel. 1. The muzzle device and the barrel combined have to be longer than 16 inches. 2. The muzzle device has to be pin and welded to the barrel. The ATF has a loophole where the barrel itself can be shorter than 16 inches, but the muzzle device has to be permanently attached to the barrel so that the muzzle device counts as part of the barrel. So if you plan on pin and welding a muzzle device longer than 2.6 inches, you should be fine.

Other than the super cool looking factor, it seems like a waste to put the beef on the end with the folding weak point, right... Or am I missing something?

Law folders are strong. Gun can't fit in a bag if it doesn't fold.
