Natalie Cochran is set to face trial after being accused of killing her husband, Michael Cochran, by poisoning him with insulin in 2019. Initially charged with first-degree murder in 2019, the charges were later dismissed until new evidence emerged in the case. If convicted, Cochran could face life in prison.

All of those smug flirty grins went away pretty quick. Someone who could steal that amount of money from multiple members of her own family and her best friends is so out of touch with reality and so narcissistic they think they are smarter than everyone else in the room and will never get caught. She actually thought she would get off of this charge. This lady has no soul.

Whenever it comes back that quick, it’s usually guilty. Although I was thinking they’d come back with manslaughter. So glad it was 1st degree. This is the result of her greed! I would love to hear what sealed it for the jurors. For me, a few things but the big one was the picture she took of him on the kitchen floor and all her actions subsequent to taking that picture.

What a monster. Not only did you take your husband's life at a young age, you just set your kids up for a life of trauma, you put an incredible amount of stress on your parents, you ruined all of your friends and family financially, and devastated everyone who loved your husband. Never showed an ounce of remorse. Put your kids at risk by blatantly lying under oath for you. Left them with no parental role models & no parents to be with them on the special/important days in their lives. Probably created a deep divide between them and all of their relatives on your husband's side of the family. Put everyone through this trial. Now you stand there crying for yourself and didn't even turn around and say sorry. You just said something to your mother and walked out. Didn't even look at your crying kids. How you even had your parents' support and your kids' support I'll never know. You didn't even deserve that.

Then I caught on to something the whitness for the state said yesterday. That he was expecting money on October 28th, didn’t he fall sick and have his first hospital stay on October 31st? So was that her first attempt at getting him off her back, also to preplan for when she did give him a fatal dose. So it wouldn’t look so peculiar, with his age and all. Merely speculation, but if I heard that date correctly, then I’m even more convinced she most definitely was the creator and historian of all his past illnesses.

@ sorry but I can not and would not support my mother if she took my fathers life. The proof was in the evidence with her texts. She may be all they have left BUT she took their dads away from them and that is why if me I could NEVER support my mother. Love her yes but I would walk away with my head high and leave her to live with her consequences. They are left without a dad because of HER actions. Not once did she care about those kids, leaving them fatherless, and then the shame she has brought on them. She has shown ZERO remorse smiling in court as if what she did was nothing. Continued her Ponzi scheme even after his death, that in itself she did not care the impact it would have in their life and then still took their dads life again not caring about them

If your mom is being accused of murdering your dad (in your mind, you 100% believe she’s innocent), you’d be upset too. What I’m NOT saying is, she’s innocent. I’m looking at it from THEIR prospective in believing their mom and her innocence. In their mind, they feel like she’s been railroaded and betrayed by everyone EXCEPT their mom. It sounds similar to a 'mitigation' phase where the Defense gets to have witnesses beg to have her given a chance at parole at some point in the future.

Reasonable doubt all over this case. Judge had questionable decisions and comments. Jury got it wrong.
