Guilty. Any normal person would have called 911
@CaseyRhyneXoXo20 сағат бұрын
True but I don't understand how several friends and family members go visit him while he's unconscious for hours and urinating on himself and not one of them called 911. It's even weird to me that his friend who finally took him to the hospital chose to drive him instead of calling 911 for an ambulance so paramedics could transport him. He clearly needed lifesaving support that his wife, friends and family were incapable of performing.,

Makes me think she wanted the people she “conned” to “think” she cared about her unconscious husband! Everyone she asked to help told her to get him help and she chose not to, she didn’t want him dying with just her there. This would have caused for an autopsy to have been done. IMO. With how she continued to do business, talk to the bank, use of his phone pretending to be him, but what makes me believe she is guilty beyond the fact she let him lay there all day, is the fact she continued to do the scheming after his death, going after more investors, applying for loans. She didn’t want the scheming to end. She didn’t want to her husband knowing the actual truth. Not one person said he was greedy, but kind, he wouldn’t have let it go, he had his best friend involved, telling her lawsuits were coming, she had to stop Mike to stop Chris Davis, the truth was coming to light! All his health issues were her lies. Mike become suspicious in August, he became sick soon after, and when the bank would have been his final destination in knowing the truth, she finished him. Then gained community support with the cancer. Shady Spring held fundraisers for her. She even allowed this knowing she didn’t have cancer. Allowed her mother to use her business as a means of fundraising for her. All this to by her time, to be seen as a victim and her intentions was to frame her dead husband for it all, because she was too ill to have done all this with cancer!!! She may have been medicine savvy but she wasn’t tech savvy, all those deleted messages came back to haunt her. Guilt to me is when she pretended to be her husband to another investor knowing he was unconscious!!!

This attorney's closing argument is his perspective of what is plausible and possible, he's not dealing with facts to argue. He didn't have a clue, but he had deep profound knowledge 😮 . His only hope is that at minimum 1 of the jurors has reasonable doubt. enough. His argument is way too packed with too many coincidence, too many "reasons" for the legal "story" presented with a timeliness of events.

So not public defenders, but attorneys who are in private practice and have been specially appointed by the Court in this case to represent her. She probably doesn't have a dime to her name at this point -- unless she was able to hide away some cash.
