reading this made me realize something: I think Glanville played the game better. He was going to let the state do what it does - stumble through a case and get an easy conviction. The state and these judges are so used to coasting that they didn’t feel the need to come prepared because they’re not used to this level of scrutiny. These lawyers are not public defenders and better call Saul types looking for an easy payday. The defense attorneys are worth every single dollar because their attention to detail and mastery of the law. The prosecution and judges are woefully unprepared and it shows. It’s even more sad that this is happening in Georgia. The “Wakanda” of the US. Proof that “all skinfolk ain’t Kinfolk…”

Before this trial, there were a couple of defense attorneys in Fulton county on a podcast about this case. ALL of them predicted everything Love has done. They all said that this is how Love works. She doesn't turn over evidence, turns it over late, sends it in files that the defense can't open, misrepresent cases when she argues, will change exhibits from what she sent the defense the day she is presenting them and more. And judges just keep letting it slide because most of them are former prosecutors so they always give the benefit of the doubt to her. I mean even in this arguement, she asked that guy, "Who's phone number is that?" and then turned around and told the Judge, "I never asked him who's number it was."

What is the point of the judge allowing the prosecutor to continue to try to litigate a case which it is OBVIOUSLY UNPREPARED TO LITIGATE. The judge is as much at fault as the prosecutor. Here we are 138 days into a trial where the Prosecutor has not presented a shred of credible evidence of who shot John. So far the trial has been one motion after another for a mistrial. Objections on the part of the prosecutor from the Defense opening statement. The testimony of convicted criminals who have been given immunity to falsely accuse and testify against their fellow men. How evidence is collected and processed by the crime scene unit. Rambling jailhouse phone calls Phone Records Telephone Tag The Prosecutors failure to share discovery evidence with the Defense in a timely manner. The admonishing of the lead prosecutor for her incompetency What more is needed for the judge to rule on this travesty of justice?

The judge indicated if it was a mistrial the state would not be retrying case 😮. The judge long story short said get your act together otherwise your either a bad lawyer or prosecutioral misconduct is happening. Which is why I think they have non jury days next week now. And oh the shade of “and the state thinks they are winning” 😂

Dismiss this immediately. Not only is the DA blatantly not following directions just think about the Jurors lives being on hold for this long. Think about how much time they had to prepare. This is a disgraceful representation of the law.
