you dont understand law and/or have not been following then. the defense has asked multiple times for it not to be dismissed because they believe/have moved multiple motions, at this point due to persistent error, the da office is attempting to indue a mistrial because they are losing the case. would be actively 'bad' for the defense at this point if it were to be dismissed (henceforth the deliberate mistrial provocation clause).

It's her case, live is just spearheading it for her.....the original email was sent from someone in Germany (believe it or not) and they were talking bad about love. Fanni took that email and sent out a response praising Love and talking about Rico laws etc, and attached the judge to the email chain.
