Nothing about this case should be confidential or privileged, if it wasn't direct communication between her and her attorney. She murdered her boyfriend, plain and simple. She was an abuser.

Based on what we know, there's zero question in my mind. She is guilty of murder. Why is it taking so long to get this to trial? This should be a short trial and maybe 4 hours for the jury to find her guilty. That is, unless the MSM missed something very obvious, which of course is more likely than not.

This is such a clear case that the defence is trying to make difficult. Privilege only applies to Courtney Cleeney and her lawyer. Attorney client privilege applies to stuff said between the two but once either the attorney or the client reveals it to a 3rd party that is not represented by the attorney, it ceases to be privileged. Whether you write privileged on it but then breach that privilege by sending it to a 3rd party aka her parents does not still mean its privileged. COME ON. Just because you intended for her parents to keep it secret even though they were 3rd parties hence no covered by privilege does not make it privileged
@kidsmom928
@kidsmom928 2 сағат бұрын
Thank you. That's the way I understood "privilege". The D does not get to claim privilege to a third party about the clients case and not expect the ADA to go after it in discovery.
