The prosecution and the police need to be held accountable for hiding evidence. And for people saying this doesn't change the fact that he is still responsible: Hannah Gutierrez Reed, the armorer and the person responsible has already been sentenced to 18 months for manslaughter, so as tragic as all of this is, Halyna and her family has gotten justice (even if they don't think so). Though the downside is that this could impact the case against Hannah who I hear is already planning on appealing. I hope it doesn't but it's highly likely.

Perhaps they got cocky because Hannah Gutierrez Reed was found guilty? You're right about the lack of professionalism; although the sentence for involuntary manslaughter is relatively short it's still a very serious crime yet the prosecution team was sloppy. Although Alec Baldwin deserves no special treatment, one would have thought the prosecution team, knowing this trial was being streamed and would have a wide audience (hello from England by the way), they would make sure there were no potential glitches. Instead, their underhand conduct backfired on them.
