The war happened between 1994 and 1995. Among the most brutal wars Bosnian Muslims and Croatians ever faced under the hands of the Serbian leaders Raduvan Karadich (if I spelt his name right) and Tito or Vito (forgot his last name) Update: after many decades of search, recently he was finally caught disguised as an old man with a new identity, and is currently and tried for all his crimes.

@@judekanawati7467 It is spelled Radovan Karadžić but it is ok you probably don't have the keyboard with those letters, but I don't remember any war criminal during the 90s with the name Tito, maybe you mix up Josip "Broz" Tito he was the dictator from 1945-1980. Actually it varies from place to place, though there are a lot of places that have rules set up that are similar. Those are usually the ones that specify certain mental illnesses as well as terminal illnesses. There's a place where I live that states you can only accept gifts on specific holidays or celebrations if you work there, but if it's any other time, they have to return the item(s) to the resident or at least the room or risk termination.

Not quite how you describe it. They first suspected the cause of death was violence during a home invasion --> questioned maid why she wasn't at the home, and maid answers that she was fired --> questioned granddaughter why she fired maid, and granddaughter answers that the maid was stealing --> search warrant for maid's place, revealing allegedly stolen property --> bring maid to station. Under the idea that she died during a home invasion, the maid was a more obvious suspect, and the allegedly stolen property created motive. It wasn't until they learned that the granddaughter had left instructions to restrict food/water intake and the ME declared the cause of death as starvation that they even began to suspect the granddaughter of anything. And even then, it was possible that the doctor was at fault as she was supposedly following his instructions.

When my Grandpa got dementia, one of the things he and my Grandma (his primary caretaker) would fight over frequently was food, bc he always seemed to be hungry, and my grandma was worried about him gaining too much weight (he used to be very obese, but then had a stroke, lost most of the weight, but then was diagnosed with dementia), and I told my grandma “At this point, the more food, the better. Bc it will get to a point where he won’t eat anymore. A little more weight now will actually help in the long run.” Plus the fighting over meals and snacks wasn’t worth the stress either. I can’t imagine letting a nearly helpless person starve.

So you are sayig that does not happen in real life. Little white self intitiled princesses do not do such things because they feel they are owed?? Where do you think the get their inspiration.?? I mean all the fictional stories now come from real events. So many now about pedophile priests, Ceos and celebrities that rape and calling it consent later.

This is so sad for someone to starve a relative to death it's disgusting and Sicking. I know this is just a tv show but people do this in real life to their old family members, pets, and even children. How can you wake up in the morning and look at yourself knowing you're going to make someone else life miserable.

The grandmother apparently wanted 2 die, and the granddaughter needed the inheritance 2 pay 4 law school! Since she restricted grandma's food, not giving her the choice 2 eat more if she wanted to, she was likely guilty of murder, but she took a plea deal 4 assisted suicide, so she'd only serve 2 years!

The granddaughter did it but claimed it’s what the grandma wanted. The whole family were strict Catholics and the one sin that couldn’t be forgiven was suicide. The granddaughter claimed she lied because that could be forgiven. She pleaded guilty for assisted suicide over murder to only serve 2 years rather than 25. Everyone was unsure, even I’m unsure, and so was the granddaughter.
