10:48 - Judge saab first says further proceedings under the FIR are to be stopped...then checks himself and begins by saying that it has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that the FIR is being used to harass the petitioners and hence police are restrained from certain actions like arresting anyone under the FIR. It's amazing how judges take care of so many issues while dictating such impromptu orders 👍

One can look up case No.14681 of 2022 at Patna high Court's final judgement, which states, "The Police Officers of Agamkuan Police Station and other officials have tendered unqualified apology and have submitted that in future they will not commit such type of mistake again. Their apology is accepted considering their undertaking given before this Court." Judgement also doesn't seek any compensation. Bas camera ke age badi baate karte hai 😂.
