The patience of Judges is very high, looking at the kind of idiotic to super challenging cases they hear. The guy is not metric pass and he is a ASI, what can one expect from him with understanding a court order. But that does not mean he cannot take help from others to understand it, but if thats the case he cannot be held responsible for any kind of interpretation, the Judge also knows that. If one gets an email in English they will seek help of all people within 100km radius to understand it but high court order they can throw in dust bin. Thats the state of law and order in Bihar.

These people are recruited by paying money to ministers.Un educated how can give justice to people.They come only for looting . This is happening all over the country.People are scared to go to police stn for harrasment.

Judge Sahab Bahut aise officer log hai Jo high Court ke order ko v time par follow nahi karte hai...jiske Karan applicant ko M.J.C ke lie phir se court adalat me Jana parta hai aur bahut time barwad hota hai. From the numerous videos uploaded by various You Tubers on legal proceedings, what I have witnessed is Judges DO NOT crack the WHIP on the Culprits such as the Government Officials and Police department. If Judges display a soft corner and give further time, cases will be pending for years together which is already in vogue. It's ironical - Not a single video I have seen Justice being given on the SPOT. Judges are soft hearted towards Lawyers, Advocates which is the reason, common man does not and will never ever get Justice in his/her lifetime. The Law of the Land should be so STRINGENT that it creates fear among the Public and all Government departments, including Business establishments to think before making a mistake. This applies to the Common Man as well.
