We salute this Learned judge for being so considerate and not loosing his cool towards inefficiencies from officers and still giving them time . Our judges work 16hrs a day . I salute them .

There are numerous pending cases like this, the judges also have to face incompetent corrupt officials and still I see some people still comment negative on judges behavior. The judge has no other option than to stay frustrated with this kind of system.

Total system is unresponsive. The state counsel is unable to elicit information from the concerned officials. He is helpless. The Judge cannot move forward in the case. He is showing interest to clear backlog of cases but the whole machinery is rusted. 2007 case and still continuing.

Further the govt advocates ,without going through the records properly accusing the govt institutions .Simply writing letter to govt authorities the role of state counsel is never completed.When he is adequately paid by govt ,how can he shift the responsibility to the shoulder of govt officials taking plea of non co operation?

Millions of cases are pending because of incompetent lawyers and incompetent IAS/IPS and police officers. Sorry to say, the level of the overwhelming majority of lawyers is pathetic. When every single minute is so precious and costly, no one has the common sense to even prepare properly before coming to the court. It's not a matter of hindi or english. People don't even have the courtesy to read their client's file and then speak. So much time is wasted struggling to find basic information. I would go crazy if I had to deal with so much incompetence. If any aspiring lawyer is there, watch court proceedings in USA. Such kind of lawyers will be thrown out from gate itself. If you are not prepared, leave the job. You are representing your client. You are his voice. You can't get frustrated and say they didn't provide you information. Keep quiet and move along
