I salute to the court for finding truth. The company many time get rid of their responsibility on the ground of share holding.empoyee has nothing to do with shareholding he concerned with management who appointed him.

Such lawyers are useless, wasting time of the Hon courts, without doing comprehensive home work. 1) very poor english just yayayayay 2) No documents pertaining to case 3) he doesn't know which case he is challenging Sexual abuse or termination. 4) misleading the Court. 5) no break down of dates & events Such lawyers licenses must be cancelled for wasting clients hards earned money.

A fundamental skill that an advocate MUST possess is the ability to argue on behalf of his client in clear and understandable language, and, as a secondary skill, to interpret the laws of the land in favour of the client's interests. This hapless individual simply does not have the skills, neither the language skills nor the interpretive skills, to stand in court and argue.

Classic example of wasting court time. I pity the complainant and the defendant. The counsels are unbelievably unprepared . Now I understand why the cases are pending for decades in the honorable Courts. There should be provision to disqualify Advocates for their un professional approach to the litigation, which is costing the tax payers money too.

Is he challenging Termination or Sexual Harrasement ? If she sexully harrased she should made a police complent first. I think she has not done because lawyer did not say anything regard police investigation. I think lawyer was trying to revoked the termination by using sexual harrasment allegation 😂
