​@muthaship2992 It's very rare in most prisons for child killers/predators to get put in gen pop. Prisons try to avoid potential lawsuits. On the bright side, they get put in protective custody which is isolation. 23 in the cell, 1 hour out at like 3 AM. The only human contact they have is with guards who hate them. The hole is essentially the same thing. My cousin did prison time and said he'd rather be beaten daily for a year than do two weeks in isolation. It breaks you mentally and has long lasting effects.

he's been doing this for years, and people have just been believing him. the school called cps 17 times, and takoda was never even interviewed by them. police were dispatched to their house repeatedly, either sent by cps to do their jobs for them or responding to 911 calls about altercations. if no one answered, the cops left. one time someone answered, but there was a barking dog inside, so they left. if someone answered, the cops told them to knock it off, and then they left. one time they did meet takoda. al told them to take him to juvie to teach him a lesson, so they put him in the cruiser. then al changed his mind, so the cops let him out and left. the degree to which this child was left to suffer with this man is astronomical.

This was one of the most horrifying, disturbing, upsetting cases against a child, that I have listened to. I followed the case, and they actually have the full case on one of these court channels- my heart absolutely broke for that child. He tried to escape by jumping out a window. Imagine how desperate you have to be to jump out of a closed, glass window- these are evil evil people who tortured this child. And the system failed him horribly. After following this case, and watching and listening to the whole transcript, I have not been able to listen to another child abuse case. This was absolutely horrific.

A baby girl that was so abused that she was paralyzed on one side of her body b/c brain injury caused a stroke and when she was incontinent of feces and urine or couldn't sit up or feed herself, they abused her more until she died a horrible death with wounds all over her tiny body, she was skeletal from starvation, her legs were burned and they left her to lay in feces and urine for weeks until she died from infection and multi-organ failure.

Has anyone noticed the similarities between this case and Shanda Vander Ark? Two totally different people of different areas, ethnicities, etc. BOTH think of using hot sauce as a punishment/deterrent.? Pooping his pants? Having him sleep on a tarp? Dragging him downstairs? Forcing him to stay in the tub? I never would have thought two different parents could be so similar.
