States like Wisconsin and Florida are very open with bodycam footage (which is why you see so many arrests from those states) and in some states it's very difficult to get bodycams, and if you do, it may be highly edited. In some countries, they will totally hide the identity of the accused if it's feasible.

My mom tried to kill me in our backyard when I was 13, my older brother came home from school saw my mom choking me I was on the verge of fainting and he pushed her off me. I was lightheaded and managed to jump a small fence and run to a police station that was a block away, I passed out in the lobby!! My brother saved my life!!
