Yeah also CPR or anyone trained, knows that it is done on someone whose heart has stopped beating-I guess she could have done just the breathing. But if your child is vomiting for days, is possibly having seizures, and is all of a sudden incontinent, you take them into or call emergency services asap. This lady didn't want to take her in prob bc she has severe signs of abuse and would be caught...just like she makes up stories why she was bleeding severely from her eye. Conveniently doesn't recall the pediatrician's name or her weight a month or so ago. BS

Most adoption agencies don't take children over 4yrs old so it's not always that easy. Foster care is only if they are legally removed from the home. You can't just give up your child to state custody. There aren't a lot of options for ppl with older kids to willingly give them up if they don't have family or friends ready to adopt them. Where would they give them up to? They can't get into foster care unless they are already neglected or abused...

They did report it. The caseworker supposedly checked things out and determined the home situation was ok. These caseworkers are seriously overworked an and I think too many become numb to signs of abuse. If the home looks clean and the child is clean, dressed in clean clothes and there is food in the house, they move on to the next case. That isn’t an excuse for not doing their job, sadly it is just facts.

I watched this whole trial. Her family called CPS, I believe her own sister did, Aniya's father did too. As well as the daycare, like this video said. People tried to help this baby. CPS FAILED HER!!! This isn't one of those situations where everyone turned a blind eye. All these people did what they were supposed to do.
