@justinfrazier95552 ай бұрын
That is not what he said. If someone has been missing for 24 hours that should be reported as missing. This is the law he meant. He did not say that you need to wait 24 hours before filing the missing person report. That is up to the discretion of the family. In this particular case he could have reported himself missing as they were taking him and it wouldn't have mattered. He was left to rot in the desert. A place where it is dangerous for even the search party to look for you. No helicopter is picking you out. Ghe police followed the GPS trail and even found the vehicle but it was a non related bystander who found the remains and reported them later.

The old biker philosophy: As you approach a cliff, you see an animal to the left and a human to the right, both clinging to the edge for dear life. You know neither. You only have time to save one. Which do you save , and why? Biker answer: Save the animal. Why? Because no matter what you do after, the animal will always remember you saving it. If you save the human, one day he or she may stab you in the back!

@susanhughan21986 ай бұрын
Understood & totally agree with you! I’m guessing because it was originally called in as a missing person; plus the neighbor was already there & along with the Father, they didn’t know it was causing the scene to be contaminated. They did in fact see & report to the Officer the blood found in the garage & kitchen along with some hair in David’s room ~ When someone is reported missing, especially an adult, it’s not protocol forCSI to be sent out, but I do understand evidence could’ve been contaminated ~

Incompetence? Blood was not “everywhere”, but they took blood samples & photos, retrieved video & digital info, scoured social media, and took witness reports.
