I received a sentence of 1-3 years for selling drugs, I took a deal for time serve and 3 years probation. I walked out of jail that night and went to the Probation building and never went back. 5 years later I called to see if I was still on probation, and my case was terminated. I’ve been behaving ever since and that was about ten years ago.

Believe me, they won't be checking on those guys like they suppose to, I have a family member on Probation and they go from state to state and has also resided in another state while on probation. The judge gave them stipulations and guidelines they violated all of them and their five years probation ends in a couple of months. I also know of another person that was on probation for 15 yrs. and they sold drugs and violated the curfew going to the clubs every weekend. PO's is like DCF most of them don't do their jobs accordingly.
