I had a woman put me before her children once. I met her at a club. We went to her house at 4am and parked out front. She told me I had to be quiet because her TWO YOUNG DAUGHTERS were in the house. FIRST, I can't believe she left them alone! SECOND, I left. I never went in. The second she decided to let me in that house with her 2 girls there, she put me first. A guy she knew a few hours. I'm not a saint. But I Think losing my pop as a child makes me VERY PROTECTIVE of children. Many adults are buffoons and others are lousy people. That little girl is gone tragically way before her time. The neighbor saw a child that she knew her parents wouldn’t be frantic if she was gone for a few hours without knowing where she’s at and let a stranger take advantage. I don’t think the guilt can help cover those emotional wounded mistakes so easily. Especially how they found her. That moment he violated her is when knowing who she’s with and where she’s at at all times mattered. Everyone in this little girls life failed her, and although I’m glad this piece of $hit got put away, this could have very well been prevented. It’s inexcusable on everyone’s part bc they all played a part in her death IMO. At 9 years old, this was the last thing she should have ever had to worry about until it happened and NO ONE was there to help save her. Wanting a man to meet your young godchild after a few days of knowing him is wild. At the end of the day she will never be left alone with anyone that’s not her parent or immediate relative. Much less a stranger!

It's cases like this that illustrate how the VAST majority of CSA is actually preventable. They left a lot out on this show probably to protect the family. Her sis is young and wasn't going to tell the entire truth and make mom look bad. And Ebony should've been charged with more, she knew what he was going to do. She sold him that little girl which is why she left her with him and didn't take her with her and than lied to the police.
