The cars were legally parked. There is no law that you MUST park in your driveway or on YOUR side of the street. The law says you must be legally parked and not blocking a driveway which the cop verified they were not blocking the driveway. It doesn't matter if they were trying to annoy someone or not. That doesn't give anyone the right to break the law and assault police officers and get away with it

Me too. I lived around the corner from a Missouri Supreme Court judge for a little bit. His house was crazy! He’d let us use his pool. So nice. The only reason I was in that neighborhood is because I’m a real estate developer and we bought a building in the neighborhood that needed to be restored. Well, this was in 2008 so it took forever to sell that place so we had to rent out our house in another neighborhood and live there So it was kinda like being wealthy for a short time 😂

No, the cars were way to close to the edge of the driveway making it hard to see when backing out and having to exit at a different angle....it was spite work on the neighbors part to agitate the Judge. There no reason to park in front of someone's house if there is room in front of your own, it's common courtesy to your neighbors.
