Sixteen-year-old Karlie Gusé went out partying with her friends in 2018. When she arrived home, her parents noticed how disoriented she was due to drug use. Gusé admitted to her parents that she had been smoking and believed it was laced. When everyone went to bed that night, her family noticed she was missing from their Mono County home in the morning. Annie Elise 10 to Life breaks down the case of Karlie Gusé.

No. What the heck you guys.. are you accepting money from her? This is ridiculous. At least show it in the thumbnail. You have lost my respect as a crime channel. You’re now posting videos from someone who has zero credibility and ZERO background in criminology. You have just degraded your channel and diluted it’s importance and credibility. There’s something sketchy and to be said about your account not posting her photo in the thumbnail or putting her name in the caption. It’s like a trap and I don’t understand why you need to make it that way. Just be HONEST

This 'child' you are talking about was a 15 year old teenager! I find the stepmom was totally reasonable how she handled the situation - what exactly was on your mind the parents should have done with a teen, who got back high? Please do explain, I am so into your Ruby Franke take on this!
@TheBakingSlave
@TheBakingSlave 7 ай бұрын
Ruby Franke take? Are you effing unhinged? A normal parent would take the child to the hospital. If they are freaking out and acting erratic and being a danger to themselves then you take them to the ER, clearly, since the girl is now gone and missing for years because she either freaked out and left or was killed by someone in that home....also, 15 isnt a child? Are you kidding me? The law disagrees with you, of course 15 is a child. Also, the OP didnt even say she was a child she said "when your child" Im an adult person, but im still my parents child. Its like you lack proper thinking skills. The girl is gone, more than likely dead.....thus why she and her story are on this channel, its not rocket science. I hope youre not a parent because your take on all this is terrifying and its people like you we end up seeing on these shows because they treat their children horribly.....@@Kurzbraten

She went missing the morning my son was born, I've been following since the beginning. I've always suspected her stepmom gave her something hoping to calm her down/help like Xanax or something but instead it made her worse. I initially thought they covered up her accidental death & hid her body but now idk.. I just don't think that's what happened. I believe she did wonder off through the neighborhood & out to the highway like witnesses describe. I was thinking "how likely is it that a kidnapper would happen to be driving by at that moment 🤔 & THEN I thought well just me, in my life from the ages of 4-15 have "almost" got kidnapped 5 times (THAT I'M AWARE OF) It is NAUSEATING to think how many men must have these thoughts & are ready to take advantage as soon as they get the opportunity. She was paranoid & scared of her own stepmom so I don't see her getting in the car with a stranger willingly so there was likely a struggle if that happened. Idk how well the police did their job and looked for signs of that though.

When the scam to issue a death certificate for Karlie didn't pan out, the whole thing was dropped. Now, Zac and Melissa Guse are pushing the abduction/trafficked theory. Sad to say she's obviously passed away at this point. She either died in the house and they are trying to cover up there bad parenting. Or she honestly did walk away from the house while still being somewhat dazed and most likely died by accident out in the elements while in a daze. Sadly if she did go randomly wondering around while still in a slight daze the next morning she probably did sadly die by just random accident out in the elements and one day her remains will probally randomly turn up.

It really struck me as odd when Melissa gave Karlie Guse an energy bar while she was already feeling paranoid. Energy bars are meant to wake you up and boost energy, the exact opposite of what you'd want for someone in that state. Also, Melissa's conflicting stories about where she slept that night just add to the strange dynamic of the whole situation.

Yea I've seen alot about this case over time. I think this is 1 that definitely needs answers. Everything about it just seems off. Idk it feels like secrets are being held in a big circle and don't want it to get out.. If she is alive or passed idk but as a random person that cares answers are absolutely a must. Sad really the whole situation horrible

Let’s just hope when Karlie’s two younger brothers are of age HOPEFULLY they’ll speak up. That’ll be Karlie’s ONLY chance. Her x BF is too much of a wussy to speak up of what happened that night.

I've always thought that Karlie walked out to the road,and ran into some that meant her harm..😕 My first inclination was that she walked off and got lost in the Mountains,but I think they would have found her,if that was the case.

My stepdad went missing once. He left the house in his car and my mum got messages from him saying he wanted to end his life. We phoned the police. The first thing they did when they came to the house was check EVERYWHERE even though we told them he had gone out in his car. He was okay in the end.

Why would parents let their children use drugs? If a person is acting erratic, shouldn't they be worried? Or did this happened before so they scoff it off as something normal?

Sister is sus AF. How is she going to one minute say Oh it's just marijuana and then the second oh maybe you'll learn your lesson now. Recording her , saying she's sick of her at this point etc.... Then the family not taking her to the hospital. The symptoms almost sound like "crack" side effects , extreme paranoia.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s living her life in a homeless camp somewhere. Seems like a psychotic break. You’d be surprised how many homeless people are “missing”. They’re hiding in plain sight, but off grid.
