I am a retired makeup artist. I was in the film and print industry In Los Angeles for over 30 years. I have worked with countless actors and models over the years. I am a journeyman in the hair and makeup union, which means I am qualified to do many special effects. My observation from the photos is this...The first photo she is wearing no mascara while in the others mascara is present. The redness on the face looks perfectly blended and the color has changed to a brighter red in later photos. Lighting has nothing to do with it. Usually the redness appears strong with the first impact it slowly fades and swelling will occur. It's not convincing to me, especially since I had to study bruises in all forms.

Amber’s legal team , her “ expert witnesses” and witnesses couldn’t reflect her teenage maturity more…they seem childishly emotional and seem to base their testimonies more upon their “FEELINGS” and wild speculations, rather than factual information. They also seemed very argumentative and disrespectful towards the judge,the jury, lawyers..and other witnesses. Whereas Mr. Depp’s legal team, expert witnesses , witnesses, etc where VERY professional, respectful and their expert opinions and evaluations were based upon facts based evidence and good solid evaluation methodology.

I wish I could have had her life! Having a man with all that money who truly loved me and was providing for not only me, but my family and friends as well. On top of that, she had a growing career which allowed her to earn her own enviable income as well. I have a wonderful man in my life who takes great care of my son and me and who I love dearly, but we don't have nearly the amount of money they had together. Money doesn't buy happiness, but it does help. Sure, dealing with addiction is something no one should have to go through no matter what side of it you're on. I happen know first hand because I have been clean off opiate pain medication for 4 years now, 4/12/2018. I battled with addiction for 15 years, with 13 months clean from 9/23/14-10/20/15. The last date I mentioned is the day I had my son and the date I relapsed. I had to have an emergency C-section to save my son's life, due to the cord prolapsing and rupturing. Then my incision became infected and had to be reopened, which left me with a hole in my stomach that had to be packed with gauze everyday for 4 months. I was put back on the pain medication to deal with the pain and my addiction returned. I met my SO shortly after I had my son, but never told him about my past because I didn't want him to know. I was back in active addiction again and was doing whatever I felt was necessary to hide it from him. He is a really good man and because of my addiction, he had to go through all of the things she is describing with regards to the nodding out and falling asleep in random locations. The drugs didn't cause me to become aggressive and violent. They didn't change who I was or my personality, they caused me to get sleepy. Now I am not claiming to know how the drugs affected him, everyone is different. But my fiance is proof that if you really love someone, you will do whatever you need to do to get them clean and healthy. I am proof that opiates don't change your character and make you into something you're not.

this is within normal variability, some people just have less visual imagination so their emotion only manifest if they remember it but immediately disappear if distracted with different memory. Something I notice, and perhaps it's inconsequential but it's something I'm familiar with in my own dealings with narcissistic individuals, is Amber frequently refers to people in her life by "my friend", "my best friend", "my lawyer", etc. Other people while on the stand seem to refer to others more using proper nouns or their titles. I question whether this reflects a subconscious sense of possession over people: that they are less individuals and more extensions of Amber's self.

I’m only 20 minutes in and she’s already a headache. Reading the nurse notes that weren’t highlighted- it aligns with everything Johnny has been saying! (I cant wait for Johnnys team to bring all that up.) Of course anything and everything negative written about her has to be a lie, even the quotes.. how convenient. And the nurse wrote “admits to a history of”, it didn’t say ‘diagnosed with’ so Amber must’ve admitted to certain tendencies which definitely lines up. It doesn’t make the nurse a liar. Then she calls Johnny delusional about the fecal matter in the bed?! He’s not delusional when he was a photo of it! Even if it wasn’t from her, idk why she was treating him like he imagined it. It seems to me that all the pictures she presented of the damage look like every object has been carefully placed for a photo. A destroyed apartment , as she described it, would have had broken glass, broken frames, broken everything. Taking pictures of the wall and placing them on the bed without a damage smells like a set up to me. And that wine bottle intact? Jonny must have done all this damage so gracefully. 🤔

Did anyone else pick up on the part where she claims the one picture is in the same location as the previous picture they showed, but they had an additional light turned on in the previous picture that wasn't on in the current one? 42:22 To me it looked as though the second picture had more light than the previous one. Her face was a lot brighter and so was the background. If that's the case, not only did she lie (maybe she misspoke, I'll give her that) but in the second picture which has more light, the "marks" on her face are not nearly as bad. Also, the alleged "marks" appear to have moved. In some of the pictures, they appear to be directly under her eye, more like where someone would get "bags" under their eyes. In the other pictures, it's more towards the side of her face, along her cheekbone and up. They don't seem to line up, pun intended.

She said she has a bruise kit which is theatrical makeup... therefore she may have had someone put it on her to try to create a bruise look. Make up “Special effects” aren’t really hard to do with that stuff and a little effort. I once did my daughters face like a crash victim and ppl thought I hit her. She had to show them it was just make up. I will say it was a better job then Ambturds attempt.
