This information needs to be shared world wide. The updated information shared here is essential for positive moves forward by a voting area. Most of us people did not hear of these updates in law and the new paths that are available for people to accept and obtain renewed trust in the act of physically voting (mail in or physically pressing a choice or mark of vote)! A renewed trust can be obtained due to ones' personal participation in local acts of voting. Everyone must participate for a democracy to work, correctly!

Hand-counting doesn't delay anything. If there are lot of votes, there are also a lot of volunteers to count. It scales.

Hand counting doesn't delay or cost anything. Sure,.maybe you can hire some Haitians from Springfield. Republicans are VERY ignorant these days. You know nosing and lie without hesitation. Calling for a recount alone is upsetting.

We can't audit elections so long as there are machines. See Ken Thompson's Turing lecture "On Trusting Trust." Machines don't necessarily do what their code says they do, owing to dependence on their software environment, including compilers, assemblers, and even microcode. All it takes to defeat machines is enough motivation, which national elections certainly provide. Nor is there any way to settle a dispute.
