First time coming back to your videos in a couple years and WOW! The animation has gotten so smooth with the idle animations and attacks! I especially love the transition to the victory screens! Also I love the storytelling and the fact Larry and Headdy become pals! Also very happy to see Larry get the upgrade so he feels less of a joke character in the roster. And very excited for the Zalgo upgrade and potential moveset remake! My only real complaints are leaving out the damage counters for attacks when they haven't been shown how much damage they do (During the actual moveset of course, KO sounds are fair game). Overall I'm very pleased to see you still up and running, while Larry wouldn't be my pick of a fighter, (as I prefer heavy big body fighters like Bowser in smash), he certainly could be a great fit for someone with some big brain plays.

RIP Pitfall Jerry and Gerry........ Okay, but for real though. This is actually such a massive leap in quality. The moveset not only has more going on, its not too broken, AAAGH this is so nice Theres far too much to talk about here that I can leave in a comment but I think overall this is a great step for LLC. Fantastic work Bawcks

Honey, wake up. Lawl Liquid Crystal is back. In all serious, it’s great to have you back at the moveset after a four year hiatus with some small updates. And man, this is a great return. I actually watched the old moveset a few days ago as part of my Lawl a day marathon I’ve been doing (in fact, my most recent one for today was Lapis), and Larry has become a lot better than ever. To summarize this in separate points: The Lore: This is definitely a step up where not only do we see Larry’s life before his invite, but he actually gets a bit of character here based around his games reputation. Both Larry and his girlfriend are animated surprisingly well, given how limited their spites are. And it was heartwarming seeing SS! Harry (here his brother) and his girlfriend encourage him after his initial failed adventure and Headdy develop a friendship with him. I’m really excited to see what other characters the new lore will bring The Moveset: Whereas as the original moveset made Larry a All Rounder playstyle, this take on him represented all the things that made Super Pitfall well remembered (even if it was all the wrong reasons). Stuff like his flailing being used as a defense shield and the dynamite spark causing more damage than the actual dynamite were all fun, and The Final Smash was more effective here. The Animation: While a bit sluggish at times, this probably has the best one yet. All the character idles shown here are all improved and the speed of The Head Running Amok gives a lot more intensity in avoiding it. I did predict this a bit, but I’m happy that the former DLC characters are part of the main branch now, that means for more fun interactions. On a somber note, a final farewell to Reitanna, Minkie and Bendy, you’ll all be missed but not forgotten. Hopefully, most of our remaining cast present and upcoming will remain. Really looking forward to Chowder finally coming next (he’s been really overdue for Lawl) as well as the rest of the remade sets.

ANOTHER LAWL IS BACK WITH ANOTHER MOVESET!!!!! Now my main qualm with Pitfall Larry’s old moveset was him feeling more like a rep of that AVGN video than the SNES game he comes from. But this remake and the glow-up in everything is just….AMAZING! For starters the intro and outro lore that gave a surprisingly emotional and well thought out story to Pitfall Larry’s character that his original game never gave was a more than welcome addition. And the outro was genuinely really intriguing to see, and your improvements on creating lore have really shown. The new moveset itself is really good, and much better than the old one in every way, especially the presentation. The playstyle fits very well for a character that isn’t much of a fighter in his game, and he looks pretty fun to use. The Neutral Special weaponized the (kinda infamous) thing he’s most known for into a great counter, the Side Special repurposed his old Neutral B into a much better version that goes with the new playstyle, the Up Special has two functions that both serve their purposes well and the synergy the ground variant has with with the other projectiles was great to see as well. Then there’s the Down Special that takes from a different version of the game that still works with the rest of his kit with good balancing to boot. The new version of the Final Smash was far more fun to watch, and was animated quite well. Speaking of, the animation on everything has improve SO much, and all the new idles and sprite work are all fantastic. The taunts and victories are all very well chosen for a character with a finite amount of material like Larry, and even the shown standard moves were all great to see as well. The only gripe I have with the set (and it’s a VERY small one tbf) is that the damage for Larry’s Neutral Special and Final Smash aren’t shown due to the missing UI in that scene, but that’s basically it. This set was nothing but enjoyable surprises and a great indicator of how much you’ve improved. I’m very excited to see the other remastered sets and Chowders moveset as well. Best of luck on it all, and I’m glad you’re back on making movesets again.

Like the man behind the mask, he's back Glad to see you giving Larry better justice in addition to merging the DLC with the main thing (makes me wonder if we'll get Flowey Codecs of the fighters) I will say the pacing could be less sluggish, but other than that, solid stuff, can't wait to see Chowder
