Lawmakers hopeful Ocmulgee Mounds will become Georgia's first national park in 2025

Growing up nearby in the 1960's, I went to the Ocmulgee (then "Indian") Mounds frequently with my mother and aunt. I have been back several times over the past few years when I visit family in middle Georgia. I would love to see this preserved for my nephew's kids and grandkids as a National Park. Thank you for covering this!
