RPM for 21 INCH blade
21/12 times PI = circumference
1.75 x 3.14159 = 5.497 ft
19000 / 5.497 = 3456 RPM

I might be wrong about this matter but I do believe that 13mm is The metric cousin of s.a.e 1/2 inch

I knew that was an aftermarket carb when the 1/2 didn't fit on the bowl nut. The bowl also looked to shiny and the primer looked almost new.
