Seeing that SO-CAL Belly tanker for the first time when I was a kid, is what turned me into a gearhead. I love the look of that beast! Granted I was born in 1960 so I didn't see it new. But you have to admit the overall thought process to achieve that! And get a speed record out of a naturally asperated flathead back in 1952 is a real feat. As far as I know that record still holds true today 71 years later 198.3 MPH!
