Great video. Thanks for all your time with these videos. Their really an inspiration and have a lot of information for getting to the place where you are today. I realize what my next step needs to be after watching this video, it's crazy, it was like watching a video of myself. When the crew gets in tonight, their FIRED. lol. Thanks again.

Fantastic job on the very helpful video! Third video from you I've just finished, lots of notes taken. I am beginning a professional lawn care service this spring- purchasing an established base of customers, no equipment. Looking forward to watching and learning more from you. God Bless and Much further success in your endeavors. Thanks for sharing

Great video...helps so much. I would love for you to go into more detail of how you built your business. How you added crews and positions..how you perfected your strategy of which lawns to take...how many accounts you had each year to get x amount of money. What areas you cut cost most effectively. explain how the business changed each year. This would help me so much if you find the time. thanks for all the tips.

i feel just like this in my own business, i'm still in college and having a lot of the same problems. I'm in our forth year and still doing like 50 % of the leg work and its killing other parts of the business.

Is there any way to get in a group or 1 on 1 coaching with Johnathan? We are going from 250K last year to 750K This year. Would love to have some help from someone that has done this before.

I don't see the connection between joining expensive groups and upgrading equipment to eliminate problems.

Is service auto pilot useful if you do maintenance and installs/tree service, etc?
