Yeah thanks so just last my cover to the air filter and the air filter itself

So I suddenly have gasoline coming out of that little plastic pipe next to the air filter when the mower moves around. Any idea why? Looks like it's supposed to be 'open'...I thought maybe a hose had come off or something.
