A native grass (rough) between the two might break it up nicely and offer transition that could run around your dam?

those rocks might make a nice feature somewhere around the course

Ben! is this all your own music? I reckon the soundtrack to @Lawtips deserves an award! Going hard in the 80''s synth funk lane, I always end up bobbin to tunes. 🔊

Rye out to the stakes for sure 👍

You do have a lot of rocks, really. You have spend a BOMB on your golf cause. I wonder why you did not hire a “sieve bucket” attachment. The advantage of the sieve bucket is that it picks up a bucket full of soil, give it a shake, the dirt falls through leaving the rocks (not perfect) but it makes collecting the rocks. 👍

Bring the rye out but wrap the fairways with the rye also. That green surrounding everything will make it all pop.

Yes, more ryegrass would be nice as.

Couch all the way to the rye.
@msabercr8 ай бұрын
you need a grizzly rock screen. You dig up all the rocky fill, dump it over the screen, and the rocks get sifted out of the soil.
@griffturfcare5061 Жыл бұрын
use those big ones as landscape rocks around the green/fairway area

Why do you think they are the only spots where the rocks are? I would think there would be rocks covering that whole area, use a sieve bucket attachment, way more efficient

The problem with bermuda up to the rye is just how far bermuda can run, but i like the rye where it is. I love bermuda though. Wound have been cool to see some tif eagle green.
@mackeycharli256 Жыл бұрын
If you had teeth on the bucket you could tease the rocks out of the soil pile. Then open the 4 in 1, tilt it all the way over forward and run the flat blade along to gather them all then close the bucket as you lower it. Takes some co-ordination but you’ll get there

I can’t believe how beautiful the rye looks after a mow. Sooooooo pure. Aren’t you concerned that the couch will creep into the rye and vice versa with clippings flying/blowing around? Also u mentioned butting up the couch & rye, won’t they creep into each other??

@dylan8285 Жыл бұрын
You plow into the pile with some speed and then flick the bucket up quick or (curl it whatever u want to call it) you still wont get 100% but a good majority of it. definelty give your self the extra buffer of rye between the Bermuda so it has less chance of getting in the green
@derektestorff1900 Жыл бұрын
Just a suggestion, but it would be cool to plant some trees in there to make for a trickier hole. Granted they would have to mature first.
