Our world is corrupt, it’s because we the people have become weak because society supplies us to where our lives are automated. Now that we are all weak we are cowards, we complain about such a world but do nothing for our fellow neighbors to stop it. David is a true warrior.
@kolarz212829 күн бұрын
This is really true. That's why I keep saying to myself be the change you want to see in the world. Most of the people are stuck on talking and complaining and yet they are doing themselves that for which they despise others. It's a big fake world. If I cant demand whatever I see as wrong from others at least I can demand from myself.
@JimmyOrion29 күн бұрын
@ video games, drinking, hookup culture, materialism, social media (unless used to spread the message and be the example), television, entertainment in other forms, CORNOGRAPHY, education to a great extent, and more are used to make us weak, knowledge-less, and anti-accountable. This creates massive weakness and a weak world is the perfect environment for corruption. You are most certainly correct, without being the image of change, the example of the different, the production of the true and right there is no credibility to the idea. Your body is an extension of your mind, and if we do not build our minds correctly without society then we will continue to be ruled over. I commend your bravery and I support you every step of the way

Was in debt and had very little money for 7 years - overweight - i was a sad story. In august last year i had my turning point - i ran 2 marathons abroad in May (Stockholm & Hamburg)- i had 2 fulltime jobs for 5 months . I worked 14-17 hours a day - 2 weeks ago i bought a stunning Audi a3 hybrid from 2019. Its difficult - But NOT IMPOSSIBLE for you to get a better life with more choices. Just as goggins says - you mind will adjust to any situation. When your mind knows you have to do something - you always will. STAYHARD

I used this video for our boy's lunch groups (The Gentlemen's Club) at the middle school where I am assigned. *School Social Worker & assistant Track and Field coach. Some received it better than others. Hahaha, I had thoughts of wishing David could come in and dog-out the fellas who weren't paying attention, but I let it go. I didn't say anything and let them figure it out.

01:21: Once the mind knows you’re not going to quit, it tries to find more. My mind, body, and spirit became one for the first time ever. I went to a level I never thought was humanly possible.
@kriscowley32416 ай бұрын
There is more in the tank. I know David is talking truth because of this. I swam across the Derwent Reservoir, and on my return trip my mind said ‘you can’t do this, you’re going to drown’. I was swimming with 3 others. I was so terrified I had to dig to a deeper place beyond the mind, to my spirit in order to make the return trip. Not only did I make it back to the edge of the lake but I was the first one back. I relaxed into a comfortable pace and over rode the voice in my mind. Now that swim still scares me today but I learnt this exact lesson that time. When my mind says this is all I’ve got, I know that’s nowhere near what I’ve got. My instinct to survive through my spirit found an unlimited reserve tank. God Bless You All.

This video is incredibly inspiring! David Goggins' words remind us of the immense potential within us when we refuse to quit and push beyond our perceived limits. The 40% rule is such a powerful concept-knowing that we have so much more to give even when we feel completely drained. Thank you for sharing such a raw and motivating message that challenges us to face our fears, embrace pain, and strive for greatness. Truly life-changing!

Don’t know how serious you are. But assuming that you are, life’s tough. There’s not much appreciation in this world, and a lot of people want to tear you down, just to see if they can. Don’t let them. You choose to get back up, you choose to go when you’re in pain. Do it anyway. Suffering and failure are the admission cost to success, and especially when we’re younger we don’t see time for what it really is. Choose a hard thing, hold yourself to it, and you’ll become unstoppable as long as you’re consistent.

I hope you’re still here - and if so - PLEASE STAY! Life is hard! No matter what age but the beautiful thing about life is that there are also beautiful experiences to be found and enjoyed! I remember being in high and a teenager - I saw no light. At 36 today, I am so grateful that I stayed. My mindset has changed and I’ve realized that I am in control of ME! Do not let others define you. Do not allow your mistakes to define you. Life is about making mistakes and learning from them and take what you learned and applying it to life itself. Give everything your all - do not give up on yourself - and you will be so proud of yourself no matter the outcome. Giving up is giving up on all of the potential you have. Do not let any external or internal factors influence who you become! I could go on and on but hopefully, you get it! I wish all the best for you and your future! 🦋🫶🏼🦋
