That's what confused me about the ruling. Are they saying that it's against the rules of decorum to say that someone is currently on trial in court? And then there's the whole farce around a presumptive nominee being treated as an official nominee, and official nominees being treated as successful. But then they need to decide if saying "The guy they want to be President is on trial" is more offensive or more of a personal attack than the incessant speculation about the actual President's mental acuity. Or how about the actual accusation from MTG that he "ordered the assassination" of the ex-President? It sounds pretty accusatory to me (one of the things the ruling said was not permitted.)
