This is beautiful - and I agree with all of it. It applies to all relationships. I wrote a book called "Closure and the Law of Relationship: Endings as New Beginnings" and the premise is that the law of relationship says: 1) We are all connected - and - 2) We are here to help each other learn and grow. This fits so beautifully with Vedanta! Since then I've written many more books specifically on Vedic topics, including Song Divine: A New Lyrical Rendition of the Bhagavad Gita - and I have Daily Gita videos up on my KZbin channel.

"Nobody loves anything for its own sake. Everything is dear to the Self" - The Brihadranayaka Upanishad. The above can be interpreted as: As long as someone or something is useful to us, it is important to us, it is dear to us, it is loved by us. The day that very same someone or something is of no more benefit to us, it immediately ceases to even rise in our Awareness. Forgotten are those who can do nothing for us! Relationships last only as long as you are of benefit to the other!

relationship is a simple word with many attributes. The commitment is during your wedding vow, the priest chants it but fails to explain the true meaning of it. Any relation need care and nurture, like a plant of rose (i.e) , but there will be something that you will truly learn as your relationship blossoms. Hare Hare Mahadev

Generally a good message. Needed for our times. There are couple of places where terminology is confusing. One, sharing is not just giving but also taking. Don’t see her logic in equating sharing to only giving. Second, she says poor man has nothing to give whereas a rich man has lot to give. She needs to be careful in using these words otherwise they can be misunderstood. Generally good though, youngsters should listen and pay heed to her message and take the good from it.

Mam, suppose I don't have any thing to give ie Material objects, for example a very very poor person he does not have any thing to offer ,but from the bottom of heart he has lots of love to share with others, is he become a giver
@Motivation-qf5gg4 жыл бұрын
Sbkach Kach she said yes to your very question if you watch the video again. Why are you equating money with “everything” ?
@ramita55654 жыл бұрын
No material object is needed. Only a heart full of love and service is what she is talking about here. Just behave good to others from your heart without desiring your own pleasure and you become a giver and will be automatically accepted by everybody.
