I'm a victim from a DV case and I need to write an affidavit to the courts to adjust the facts from that night. How do I go about doing so?

If a Decree was issued how long does one have to submit an affidavit? I see no cut off date on the Decree. I will have to issue a Motion of Clarification since the defendant refuses to hand over my funds and sign the release.

the problem is that it is a company that runs the courts, and that the laws is not signed by you and therefore you are not living inder there "rules/laws"

Can an employer demand you write or sign an affidavit for a client's immigration case? Does an employee have the right to express feeling more comfortable writing a support letter, instead of an affidavit?

All the lawsuits against the US election have now failed. One Conservative judge even remarked that the lawsuit before him was hobbled together like a 'Frankenstein's Monster.' LOL!
