Very Nicely Explained. I have SOME DOUBTS, (CLASS 2 LEGAL HEIRS) in case of succession petition, if a category of person in not interested to be A part of petition, then what will happen? SUPPOSE IF THEIR IS A 7 NOS OF PETITIONER, SIX NOS OF PETITIONER ARE UNDER ONE UMBRELLA, AND ONE IS NOT INTERESTED TO BE A PART OF PETITION. Then what will happen. During the course of time(advertisement) of 45 days ,if any body raise any objection? During the course of the process if any petitioner dies? All the petitioner should sign the petition or any one or on BEHALF OF OTHERS ? What are documents reqd. For filling the application? Is it KYC OF ALL THE PETITIONER? KINDLY REPLY.

The property was purchased by their father (via cheque in late 70s) for both of them. Sir you told that in class 2 , for succeeding the property one who is alive first then the property will go to that particular person. So in class 2 in 2nd group suppose all are alive SDS SDD Brother Sister all are alive then the property will go only to SDS or to all members i.e SDS SDD Brother Sister ?
