Barrister Pamela, you said it right! The Barrister agreed that baba had a fever the day he signed the document, more so he couldn’t hold the barrow and had to thumbprint. There could have been electrolyte imbalances where only a medical professional (md) could tell from his/her assessment and his labs. Baba shouldn’t have been made to sign once he was not feeling well.

It is an established fact that Danjuma recommended the lawyer to baba and the barrister is trying not to acknowledge the link between himself, Danjuma and baba. Since the Lawyer had dealings with Danjuma in the past, they had a prior relationship. It could be that baba wasn't in the right frame of mind as at the time the will was written and Danjuma took advantage of that to exploit what he saw as an opportunity to inherit baba since neither the children or former wife were really physically present in his life. At the point the lawyer was writing the will with baba, and he realized that the beneficiary of the will is Danjuma who he knows, he should have withdrawn due to conflict of interest. It is very likely that Danjuma would have manipulated baba’s thinking since he was the one mostly with baba. He had knowledge of baba’s properties and insight to the kind of relationship that existed between baba and his family. This is a disheartening case that shows the heart of man that can be desperately wicked. Danjuma has collected the investment of his time and relationship with the late baba

I wish ordinary president will be the one chairing the end of this case. You can see from the girl's eyes that she greedy and has been brainwashed by her mom (its all in the eyes). It will be a very good way to show that the Mother doesnt only birth and nuture the child but she is absolutely in charge of shaping the mind of the children (positively or negatively)

Well, it may be true the thumbprint was for Baba as being too frail to write the the pad with an INK was brought along and his thumb was dipped into that ink and he was now helped to put his thumb on to that Will then it becomes a bingo.
