The messed up part is that there are full videos of the audio where she took it out of context. I'm gonna take this a step further in hypothesizing. I've heard it tossed around that AH was totally not into men and just used them as meal/status tickets. What I find interesting about these photos is the contrasting body language. The men look more into her than vice versa and it's as if she is coyly letting them hold her. They cuddle her while her arms are solidly folded into herself, head down. With the woman, they not only can't wait to get their her hands on each other, AH turns into the "aggressor". I think even more damaging is a picture Amber admits she took of Johnny passed out on the couch with HER melting ice cream in his lap, but what everyone in court ignored was a 4 color theatrical makeup kit. If you zoom in you can see the 4 different color shades. Someone posted this on KZbin along with a picture of several different theatrical makeup kits. If you match the kit in Amber's photo to the pic of kits. You will see the one in Amber's photo is referred to as a ..... you guessed it... Bruise Kit!!

That’s exactly right. I noticed this first when I saw her deposition 2 years ago. She did not behave like someone who was a victim of DV. She was angry, aggressive and cocky. I knew then that it was all a lie. But then, in this trial she added more bogus incidents that were horrific. Anyone that went through that would be physically injured and terrified of their abuser. She tried harder to act scared and traumatized but you could tell it was an act. I never saw a single tear from her during that trial. I would have been hysterical and terrified testifying with my abuser just a few feet from me.

They tried to diagnose him with narcissistic personality disorder by saying that he thought she was a gold digger and he thought she was cheating on him, those being evidence of that. In court, they completely disproved the gold digger line by showing she actually didn't donate to the charities and kept it all, also just in the fact that she tried to get 100m out of him for nothing. Then, not so much in the trial, but now we are seeing that she was %100 cheating on him.

I am a DV survivor and I wanted to RUN! 😱 To ESCAPE many times but was threatened with death. In fact, the perpetrator tried to kill me twice! AH doesn’t have a clue what fear, terror and intimidation feels like. She doesn’t know what it’s like to have massive black and blue bruises on your face with eyes like slits from the shiners and the massive swelling.. Bruises on your entire body for that matter! Aches and pain all over. She doesn’t know what it’s like to have red bloodshot eyes when some swelling subsides and huge bumps on your nose, cheekbones, jaws and head! She doesn’t know what it’s like to be kicked and left with broken ribs and wounds on the face and ear that took four and three stitches! No she really doesn’t know what FEAR and TERROR is! It’s been three decades and I still sob and have heart palpitations, anxiety and headaches from recalling to mind just ONE memory! NO victim in their right minds would stay in such a horror of a relationship! Certainly not if they can help it. Nor would any victim tempt fate and antagonise the beast by engaging in infidelity! It’s signing your death warrant and it’s downright ludicrous!!! 😱 I was glad I RAN! I escaped and NO I did not love my attacker from the very first time I was struck in the face! In fact, I HATED him! So again, AH stating that she still loves Johnny, is questionable.

I think the cheating was the one thing that once he had proof (he must’ve seen this or other video) that he was done with her. I think it’s the same, at least speaking from my own DV experience. They lie and lie, gaslight, deny, and you want things or think things may be ok, or wanting to believe, and once you have solid proof, if it’s the cheating, it severs like a knife and that’s it. That gave me the strength, the fuel for my fire, and it was fierce!

I dated an older man (15+ years) and he was very jealous. There's an insecurity some older have when their SO is younger and better looking than them, imo. However, now I'm thinking in JD's case he knew she was/is a hypersexual person (a symptom of bipolar disorder) so he was right to be concerned. Yikes! What a mess. Glad he gets to move on from this train wreck.
