My autism kicked in and I just had to calculate the full length of Brooks' consecutive sentences which would be approximately 1219 years. Since a release date of 3241 is very difficult to fathom, I thought it would be more instructive to ask the question.... If Brooks was scheduled to be released today, in 2022......what year would he have entered prison?? Answer: 803 Anno Dominae Yes, that's right, to be released from prison in 2022, ol' Darrell would have had to enter prison back when Charlemagne ruled Gaul and the Moors were at the height of their military expansion.

I hear what these two are saying, and I could imagine what and who they work for.. My thing is .. if the defendant in court is arguing quoting law, Supreme Court ruling, conditional rights and bill of rights.. Argue back against their points. Don’t just use your authority and court influence to bully the defendant by ignoring what he’s quoting from law or straight up say we ain’t accepting that in This court… That makes me think twice

😂😂😂😂 do you even know why we have a bill of rights??? The america was not actually america until almost the 1790s. We over threw one tyrant and the people aka citizens refused to join this new government or accept its authority without certain conditions. Those conditions are our bill of rights. As the decades and centuries went on we added more rights. As long as you are a legal citizen of the U.S no law can be passed that goes against those rights. Any law being passed that would take away said rights is not lawful. The constitution is the Supreme law of the land as is the bill of rights. This is 1st grade history.

Correct. Just like England, all laws emanate from the sovereign, the original jurisdiction of all law. In America, we the people are the sovereign, therefore the people possess original jurisdiction. All laws emanate from the people. We the people granted the government to rule for us but they can only do so from the derived power of the people's original jurisdiction. By an act of the people's representatives in Congress, the supreme court created the federal rules of civil procedure and later the federal rules of criminal procedure. These rules fall under the umbrella of Maritime or Admiralty law. It's a misnomer because maritime laws are the operational rules and customs of ships at sea. (Yes it's a thing. Created by an act of Congress known as the Rules Enabling Act of 1934.) It is also known as the law of corporations or merchant law. (See: constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artIII-S2-C1-12-1/ALDE_00013649/?) Derived law is not real law but merely corporate public policy. The corporate person is a real entity in legalese. It's actually an article 9 - 102(a)(71) registered organization as defined in your state's uniform commercial code. That name is in all capital letters because all entities whether businesses, trusts, corporations, and estates should be written in "conspicuous format". UCC 1-201(10) "Conspicuous", with reference to a term, means so written, displayed, or presented that a reasonable person against which it is to operate ought to have noticed it. Whether a term is "conspicuous" or not is a decision for the court. Conspicuous terms include the following: (A) a heading in capitals equal to or greater in size than the surrounding text, or in contrasting type, font, or color to the surrounding text of the same or lesser size; and (B) language in the body of a record or display in larger type than the surrounding text, or in contrasting type, font, or color to the surrounding text of the same size, or set off from surrounding text of the same size by symbols or other marks that call attention to the language. This entity is not you but a re- presentation of you. It is the entity that is being charged in a court. Yet, it is a fictional person. Courts trick you into assuming liability for this fiction. They forced this authority upon you by a fraudulent transaction with your mother. Your mother was not aware that by applying for a birth certificate, she mistakenly granted your estate to the government. The act grants to the government, legal ownership of everything you own including your body. There's a reason why your name is in all capital letters. see UCC 1-201(10). It is the law telling you that you should have known that birth certificate isn't you, and the people who enforce the law should have known it too because they are the trustees or bailees and are responsible for the entity's bills. All people who are born or domiciled in the 50 state alliance are known as American Nationals first. That is the original state of the people in "we the people" found in the constitution. The founders were not citizens to begin with. The constitution, a common law document, created the United States, in reality a corporate trust tasked with managing the commercial affairs between states and other nations. Congress then added the 14th amendment which was intended to grant civil rights for the offspring of freed slaves. Since the corporate U.S. has only commercial jurisdiction over citizens, it does not have authority over the natural rights or constitutional rights of U.S. Nationals. In fact, the right enumerated in the constitution is what limits the government from taking them. If you can prove that your state denied your rights protected by the constitution, you can sue the state at the Supreme Court level for breach of fiduciary duty but you must do so as an American National. As a citizen, your civil rights are privileges derived from corporate U.S. commercial jurisdiction. Privileges can be taken away by those who granted them. A constitutional right; however, can not be liened, a process of charging a customer for commercial use.

I’ve seen a young black man with dreads and a felony on his record with my own eyes in court in Charles county md represent himself as a sovereign citizen in 2013. After a couple minutes of arguing that the name the judge addressed him by was not his name and some other things that I can’t recall(but I thought he was trippin and digging himself a deeper hole)the judge eventually Addressed him by the name he gave and said”mr whatever I know what your talking about we are going to clear the room so we can talk please calm down” they cleared the room for like 20 minutes and when they opened the courtroom up again he came out and we I started a conversation with him and asked him what was that about. He showed me his paper that said the gun they arrested him with had to be returned to him(this is in MD) that’s the first time I heard about a sovereign citizen.he told me it is not a game and you have to really educate yourself because authorities know when you are uneducated with this. He told me much more but the point I’m making is when I went home(2013) I searched sovereign citizen on KZbin and it gave plenty videos of people successfully claiming this right and law enforcement backing down and court cases being thrown out. But now I look and all the videos are downplaying or trying to make this concept sound like a fairytale pipe dream. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THIS WHO CAN ONLY BEING DEALT WITH BY THE CONSTITUTION AND NOT BY STATES INDIVIDUAL LAWS 💯💯💯💯💯%SURE

This group of individuals on this video could not be more wrong😂 when a person becomes an American national, they are denouncing their citizenship of being American. They are a number of processes to release, said citizen from the jurisdiction of the American government that does not mean that anyone is above the law, and if anybody says this, they are simply stupid, it only means that you are now a foreigner on the land. Yes, there are arguments that sovereign individuals use that do not make sense. But there are other processes which do have legal binding actions. A lot of people that are talking crap about the sovereign individuals do not do their homework, nor do they research or properly investigate what an American national is, and they continue to look foolish to American nationals. But hey, if your revenue consists of talking crap about someone who is trying to leave the system of slavery that we live in then by all means, do what you feel you need to do.

The 6th amendment guarantees the right to the cross examination of any accusers as well as the party or parties in which brings the accusations. If the state is the accuser, then the state can be cross examined. Or the representative of the state of said accusation. How could any person in the United States defend themselves in criminal court without this right? So you must ask youself.... how can a State judiciary bring charges on a citizen with out an accusing party?

Sometimes law enforcement will use term "constitutionalist" in place of "Sovereign citizen". While less racist [it's literally a prejudice against a "creed"], the word "constitutionalist" is ignorantly used as a derogatory term for a "subject" of the state who does not comply to a policeman's "lawful" orders. Their presumptions is that all "humans" physically "resident" in their state are subjects of the territory and under their jurisdiction. So using "constitutionalist" as a derogatory term is a form of "creed-ism". With that said, who is a traveler? A traveler is a nonresident passing through a jurisdiction to a destination ouside the jurisdiction. It is based on the Privileges and Immunities Clause of the United States Constitution and is the reason why there are no border checks between states.

And needless to say he didn't follow my advice and he wasn't paid for his service and there is nothing he can do about it.

Theres only 1 sovereign, thats our creator, we have sovereignty, we grant a part of our sovereignty to our creation (government). And yes the sovereign citizen movement, was started by the bar. Read the law of nations or the principles of the law of nature. The constitution doesn't apply to you. Its a document that limits the the power of the government. But you have to go before the constitution and start at the Virginia constitution in the mid 1600's and all the federalist papers and so on to fully understand what the founders created. What you were taught in school, not even a smidgen of what was actually constructed.

What you consider law is actually a public policy of a corporation known as "State of [any of the 50 states]" which are subsidiary corporations of the United States. If you are not an employee of the corporation, then these 'laws" do not apply to you. When was the last time they paid you for driving your car? A police man is actually a policy enforcer. They aren't peace officers. Rights are organic and exist becuase you the man exists. Policies are man made and they only apply to the corporate person who is not you but a person consisting of 3 entities, your mother is the grantor, the state is the trustee, and you as a child are the beneficary.. Your birth certificate is evidence of that entity's creation. There's a reason why your name is in all capital letters. see UCC 1-201(10). It is the law telling you that you should hve known that birth certificate isn't you, and the people who enforce the law should have known it too because they are the trustees and are responible for the entity's bills.

The all caps name is there to sepreait the living man from the business name that is a fact the first time we see this used is to sepreait the living bi the from the creation of the birth certificate which shows the monetization of the child and gives them a estate or business to do business with the government with without such business, they do not think there amune to the law that don't exsist but what some educated people of the USA know that the supreme court has labeled the people of the United state to be sovierign not the state or government
