NEXT STORY: • What's The Most N*FW T...
We work extremely hard to serve you guys the highest quality story reading content. Each video takes a lot of effort when it comes to thinking of topics, ideation, editing, voice-acting, recording, etc. All the content in these videos are owned by us!
Our Work Process:
1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

Not remembering the exact date of an injury... is Normal. Especially when it takes 2+ years to actually get to trial, it can be like "well it was a work day, in the morning, either late January or early February, I know it was early in the year" etc.

9:08 By his reasoning, shooting someone isn't assault because the shooter doesn't touch the victim, the bullet does.

This is probably gonna be a dumb question with a simple awnser. But I'll ask anyway. If a person pleads guilty to the lawyer but the lawyer must prove their innocents, what happens? Does the lawyer say that they pleaded guilty? Or do they keep trying to fight for innocents?

The lawyer would first try to recommend not pleading guilty, but if the client cannot be convinced said lawyer would then try to locate any attenuating circumstances, like “ok my client pleads guilty, but claims they did that because of ”. Or perhaps can still try to categorize it as a less serious crime or even convert a crime to a misdemeanor by presenting it in a different fashion (as long as it is possible)

I’m late to your comment, but I work in the legal field. A lawyer’s job is not just to prove someone innocent. It is extremely common for a lawyer to advise his client to accept plea bargains and/or plead guilty and argue for lighter sentencing during the sentencing hearing.

One of the things they will do, if their client still wants to plead not guilty, is fight much more on the technical grounds (that evidence doesn't have proper chain of custody, there was no warrant for that, jurisdiction, etc. in order to get evidence excluded and so on). Think of it as less trying to prove their clients' innocence, and rather forcing the state to actually go through the full process of Proving their guilt.

The second case could have actually been an idea that they had which could have been good. By having the one who didn't do it raise their hand.

Us lawyers can't Brad on our clients, but from what I've been told in Australia they can't work for you if they know you're a criminal. So you tell them what you did if it was a crime they have to drop you as a client.
