Layali Lubnan - Popular Arabian Pudding/ Lebanese Nights Dessert - Easy And Tasty Pudding For Eid

Layali Lubnan/ Lebanese Nights is a famous Arabic dessert rich in flavor and taste. The pudding has different layers which include a very tasty semolina pudding and a sweetened cream layer. This dessert I usually served with a simple syrup just like other Arabic sweets.

1. Semolina - ½ cup
2. Milk - 3 ½ cup
3. Condensed milk - 4 - 6 tbsp + 2 tbsp (or little less according to your taste)
4. Orange blossom water - ½ tsp
5. Rose water - ¼ tsp
6. Whipping cream - ½ cup
7. Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
8. Thick cream / canned cream - ½ cup
9. Powdered pistachios - ¼ cup
10. Sugar - 1 cup
11. Water - ½ cup
12. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Yes you can, but cool it very well and whip it a bit and use :)

yes, this dessert is served cool... also the syrup must be at room temp or cooled.. and syrup is add after cooling the dessert... add syrup just before serving :)

any kind of cream that is thick in texture.. like nestle cream or of any other brand :)
