Layered Intention Boundaries Spread Bonus Lesson: Let’s make a sigil!

This is a bonus video for the previous spread on boundaries. I separated this out because sigil magic may not be everyone’s cup of tea, and is not needed for energetic journaling. It is simply further attention added into what you’re creating.
Sigil magic is potent, and a process I utilize a lot. That said, this is a process I have developed over the course of studying sigils for a few years. There are other methods to design these, and there are several other tutorials on KZbin.
You can activate your sigil several different ways. You can rip it up, burn it (safely, please), place your hand over it and imagine energy flowing into it. Personally I tear it up and include it in another collage after drawing it onto the spread. I like the layers of energy that continue to build on one another.
