Layered Intention Class Demonstration/Journal with me: Building boundaries; intention work, spells

This video goes over the process of creating a spread intentionally to help build me energetically when it comes to setting and holding boundaries.
After much deliberation, I have decided to release this class for free in a series of videos that will be added to a playlist. This is the foundation of my zine “Inner Temple Building” and is the methodology behind journaling that I have discussed openly both on Substack and Instagram. I want to continue building this community as well as introducing people to this process. While putting together a class for purchase, I realized that this information is important for me to share with everyone, no paywall.

I really found your process truly interesting. I admit that I don’t think that consciously about the elements in my spreads, they come randomly and sometimes I don’t even know why I chose them. However, there are many elements I like to include, such as butterflies, flowers, animals, paintings of ladies and florals in general, because they make me happy. And I like bright colours too, because they remind me of my happy childhood. On another note, I love cacti, I even have lots of them in my balcony, and I don’t add them to my spreads, because I never found images of them, and I love snakes and I definitely use them in my journals 💚♥️💜💛🖤💗💙🧡❤️

I think that’s part of what makes every spread and every artist unique. None of us will create the same thing, even if following a similar formula, and everything we create is beautiful 😊
